SO WHERE WAS I?

Oh, that's right. I was working two jobs and trying to do cakes on the side. That was funny.

Back to one job. Not making any money at it. Trying to decide what I am going to do with that. Still doing cakes, but we seem to be in a lull right now. And that is good. Because the wedding cake I did last weekend about did me in. When I get a second I will explain why I had to leave the other job. Legal issues.

Poor DH has been working 14 hours a day. His shop landed a new account (Oregon State Patrol) and has been inundated with work. Good because we need the money, but bad because he is going a million miles an hour. His boss wanted to put another employee on, but DH convinced him to hold off and see if he could keep up for now. So far he can. As long as he works 14 hours a day, 6-7 days a week. Obviously that can't last forever.

Anyway, I have lots of things to catch up on. Here and in the real world. Real world wins tonight. Dishes, laundry and the bathroom await. And poor DH was craving cookies before he went back to the shop. The least I can do is make him a few. Poor guy. He is so tired.
